Terms and conditions of use
The terms of sale define the procedures for ordering, paying, delivering, and returning goods offered on the Sneg webshop.
The seller of the goods is Epic Computing d.o.o Kragujevac.
The buyer of the goods is a webshop visitor who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, and selects the payment option.
The customer is able to purchase all products that are available on the Sneg webshop.
Prices displayed on the webshop are valid exclusively for online purchase.
Prices include VAT.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).
Ordering
Products are ordered through the webshop's application and are non-cancelable. If the seller is unable to deliver all the products, they will deliver the available ones from the selected products and inform the customer via email or phone.
Payment
The ordered products with shipping costs will be paid by the customer by cash on delivery.
All product prices are clearly displayed on the webshop.
Delivery
The ordered goods will be delivered within Serbia to your doorstep. Products are shipped by Postexpress courier service.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current price list of the Post Express courier service.
Ordered products will be delivered within a period of 3 to 5 working days. In case of any delay in delivery, you will be informed by phone or email. Delivery is considered complete when the shipment is delivered to the customer's address as provided during purchase.
Delivery check
Immediately upon delivery of the shipment, the customer is obliged to carefully check:
- If the packaging is damaged
- If the number of the shipment on the package corresponds to the number stated in the documentation.
The customer must immediately notify the courier if there is any damage to the packaging or the product, as well as if there is an error in the number of the shipment. In case of any damage to the shipment or error in the number, the customer must contact the seller and provide details. In case of damage to the product, the customer has the right to exchange the product or get a refund.
Return of goods
The customer has the right to return the goods within 7 working days from the day of receiving the shipment and is obliged to inform the seller in a timely manner. The customer does not bear any costs, except for the cost of sending the product.
